~ Size Limitation: Artwork cannot exceed 36" x 36"    Cost: There is no entry fee

~ Mediums Accepted: Original 2-D and 3-D work in traditional drawing and painting media, printmaking, photography, digital prints, collage, fabric, ceramic, wood, and other sculpture mediums.

~  Image to include with submission: a high quality digital jpeg image of the piece you intend to show must be attached to your email, along with application information.  

~ Transportation/Delivery: We are not able to provide funding to transport artwork to Miami. Artists are responsible for the transportation and/or delivery of their own artwork.

~ Deadline for mailed artwork (UPS, FEDEX, USPS) : Entries must be received by 5 pm, Wednesday, October 15,2008.  Address: FCFC 5911 W Flagler Miami, FL 33144

Additional Details & Disclaimer: The gallery space at the CCDA conference will be in an open lobby area. For security reasons, we will be storing all artwork in a locked room. Despite these efforts, Artists exhibit at their own risk. Neither CCDA, nor the conference facility is responsible for damage, theft, or loss of any artwork.

Participating Artists will be required to sign a waiver.

Submissions will be reviewed up to the July 25 deadline and entries will be selected based on quality,
relevance to the theme, and space allowances in the conference facility. Because of space restrictions,
we cannot guarantee that all submissions will be accepted for display.

2) Read carefully the "Call for Artwork Introduction" >GO>

3) Read carefully the "Guidelines for Artwork Submissions" (above)

4) Completely fill in "Submitting Artist Application Form" (below) and send, with attached image of artwork, by email to: Arts@fcfcfl.org.
